Problem
Two separate departments collaborating on the same regulatory affairs process were suffering from a lack of evidence, accountability and transparency which was resulting in poor communication and non-conformance notices being raised against them both.
Solution
We built a new cloud-based system to manage the process for both departments. By coming in as a neutral 3rd party we were able to push for lines of accountability to be drawn and for roles and responsibilities to be defined and assigned within the system. To futureproof the system we built it on a new platform which enabled them to add modules for different functionality as business needs emerged.
Result
The platform we built has now expanded across various business functions in the whole of Europe, Middle East with over 600 active users.
