A key part of what we do is getting users on board with requirements gathering, development and testing. We want our users and other key stakeholders to be involved throughout so that we can ensure the solution is fit for purpose and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Furthermore, involvement from the start means that once the software is produced, the client is already familiar with it and the underlying logic behind how it has been put together. This has a significant positive impact on change management and can reduce ongoing support costs.

In a recent project our Senior Developer Richard and Project Manager Joshua traveled to Marlow, England to deliver two seperate workshops, one on the software itself as a way of getting individuals new to the project on board and another on the process of software testing so that users could be involved in this process.

Thank you so much for arranging the testing workshops last week and yesterday. These were very beneficial, and the team learnt a lot about our software and its background. I was lucky to be able to attend Joshua’s testing workshop and presentation highlighting the important factors which need to be tested and the best structure.
