Problem
The labelling and artworks department of this major multinational pharmaceutical company was having challenges in streamlining the process workflow. Projects were incorrectly prioritised, bottlenecks were created by other teams and operational output was below requirement.

Solution
As the system involved interaction with many regulators for multiple projects it was critical that our analysis and solution were comprehensive. We started by mapping out their current workflows, worked with the client to identify the limiting factors and developed an understanding of regulatory pressure points. We then built a cloud-based system that managed the entire workflow and most importantly enabled all stakeholders to access the appropriate information and be notified of their required actions.

Result
As a direct result of our solution the Artworks Department saw a marked increase in their performance, internal accountability and stakeholder relationships.

Problem 

\r\nTwo separate departments collaborating on the same regulatory affairs process were suffering from a lack of evidence, accountability and transparency which was resulting in poor communication and non-conformance notices being raised against them both. \r\n

Solution 

\r\nWe built a new cloud-based system to manage the process for both departments. By coming in as a neutral 3rd party we were able to push for lines of accountability to be drawn and for roles and responsibilities to be defined and assigned within the system. \r\n\r\nTo futureproof the system we built it on a new platform which enabled them to add modules for different functionality as business needs emerged. \r\n

Result 

\r\nThe platform we built has now expanded across various business functions in the whole of Europe, Middle East with over 600 active users.\r\n\r\n \r\n

Problem 

\r\nAn established software house was having problems with performance on a particular piece of software. It was believed that the issues systemic and so they commissioned us to work with them in finding a solution. \r\n

Problem 

\r\nLike many of the clients we work with, this particular organisation was using Microsoft Word and Excel to record and share data as part of one of their key processes. Solution 

\r\nUsing our workflow management platform, we were able to build a robust solution that recorded all the data that the client required in addition to; auditing activity, automating backups, restricting access to data for those that did not require it, and easily identifying bottlenecks with an intuitive dashboard for managers to access.\r\n

Result

\r\nThe departments using this solution have now scaled up to over 100 users which is something they could not possibly have done had they continued using their previous approach. We have continued a working relationship and are able to improve and adjust the system as and when their processes change and business needs emerge.\r\n
