How we work with you

Whilst the Okuda platform underpins all of our projects (and can be licensed as a technology platform) many customers work with us because of our deep experience in understanding and controlling complex processes. Our four-phase iterative approach begins by helping our customers really understand, map out and streamline their processes before implementing them in Okuda and integrating with their existing systems and workflows to ensure seamless adoption within the organisation. We then help them operate and optimise the process and workflow as well as helping them learn how to use the Okuda system to model, control and improve many more complex processes across their organisation.

Our commercial is made up of three elements – license fee & support, professional services and hosting & storage. Since most customer use cases for complex processes are unique we discuss pricing on a case by case basis to ensure projects fit within budget and timescales required.

Consultancy fee / day
